Heute haben wir den letzten Teil unserer Prüfung hinter uns gebracht und die 500-Stunden des Hauptstudiums für Yogalehrer abgeschlossen. Zertifikat der Europäischen Akademie für Ayurveda (durch den gestrengen BDY anerkannt) inklusive. Drei harte Jahre gehen zu Ende.
Wenn mir jemand gesagt hätte, was die Yogalehrerausbildung so mit sich bringt, dann hätte ich wahrscheinlich eine Bauchtanzausbildung absolviert. Es gab unglaublich viele glückliche Momente, und ich hab die tollsten Menschen überhaupt kennen gelernt. Und doch war diese Zeit die schwerste meines Lebens. Weil zum spirituellen Wachstum wohl auch gehört, alle Verhaftungen loszulassen. Sag Tschüss zu allem, an das du dich gehängt hast: Menschen, Lebenskonzepte, Vorstellungen von der Realität, Vorstellungen von dir selbst.
Und wofür das alles?
Für dich.
Für mich.
Für die Erleuchtung. Für Gott. Für ewiges Leben.
Echt? Für all das?
Jawohl.
